walk.jog.run is one of the many google maps that are out there (more appear to be coming). This mapping tool shows an overview of the U.S. with markers or recorded routes.
On the site you can look for routes that others have recorded with the search function by saved route name or zip code. According to the site there have been over 1300 routes added to the site since July 2005. Check it out.
