Refuse the delivery. The carrier will return it to us free of charge, and you will be refunded once we receive the product. Please note that if you accept the delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Any return considered non-compliant (dirty, damaged, worn...) will be refused and sent back to you.

  • Repack your product: Place the item in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, and insert the return slip inside the parcel.
  • Send your parcel back: Return your product by post within 14 days of registering your return request.

Before returning a product, please note the following recommendations and conditions:

  • Once you receive your order, try on the shoes on a clean surface (e.g. a rug).
  • For hygiene reasons, try on underwear over your own undergarments.

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition, ready for resale
  • Be new, complete, and in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, tags, documentation, and user manuals
  • Include the return form generated from your customer account

If your return does not meet the requirements, it will be considered non-compliant and may be refused and sent back to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and return costs.

When will I get my refund?

A full refund will be processed via the payment method used for your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

For orders paid in multiple installments, i-Run will process the refund only after receiving the full outstanding amounts, minus the refunded portion.

If a discount was applied to your order through a loyalty benefit or referral, the discount amount will be credited back to your customer account.

Example for a €140 order:
€130 paid by credit card and €10 paid with a loyalty benefit

The refund will be €130 to the payment method used and €10 credited to your customer account.

How do I return my product?

Log in to your i-Run customer account. Go to the "My Orders" section, select the relevant order, then tick the item(s) you wish to return. Fill out the return form, print it, and place it inside the parcel with the product(s).

Then drop off your parcel at the nearest post office, addressed to:

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error comes from us.

The colour, shape or size is not right. What should I do?

If the product does not suit you, simply submit a return request from your customer account under "My Orders".

I did not receive the correct order

Send us an email at contact@i-run.com including:

  • A photo of the product received
  • The reference of the product you initially ordered

We will send you a prepaid return label.

I received a defective product

No worries. Contact us at contact@i-run.com, describe the issue and attach two clear photos of the defect.

We will offer you an appropriate solution.

While waiting for our response, please do not use the product to avoid any damage or risk of injury.

Are returns free of charge?

If you have changed your mind or the product does not suit you, return shipping is at your expense.

If you refuse delivery of an already shipped order, the parcel will be returned to us free of charge by the carrier.

However, if you accept the parcel and then decide to return it, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund is issued within 14 days via the original payment method used for the order.

If you paid in multiple instalments, the refund will be processed once the full payment schedule has been completed, minus the refunded amount.

If a loyalty voucher or referral reward was used, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your customer account.
