Return a product
How to Return an item?
You can return products within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your customer account on i-Run, go to the "My Orders" section, and click on the "Return Items" button for your order.
2. Select the product(s) to return and choose the reason for the return.
- For errors or defective products, please contact our customer service.
3. Accept the return conditions and click on "Return These Items".
4. Download and print the return form to include it in your package.
5. Send your product back within 30 days, along with the return form, to the address provided below.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping and return costs.
Return Conditions
Once you receive your order, please try on the shoes on a clean surface, such as a rug.
For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on underwear over your actual undergarments.
The product must be in perfect condition, ready for resale: new, complete, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, tags, documentation, user manuals, and the return form generated from your customer account.
Refund
A full refund will be processed via the payment method used for your order within 14 days of receiving your package. For orders paid in multiple installments, i-Run will process the refund only after receiving the full outstanding amounts, minus the refunded portion.
If a discount was applied to your order through a loyalty benefit or referral, the discount amount will be credited back to your customer account.
Example for a €140 order:
- €130 paid by credit card
- €10 paid with a loyalty benefit
The refund will be €130 to the payment method used and €10 credited to your customer account.
