i-Run: Secure payment

i-Run offers you the possibility to pay for your purchases using credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Your payments are 100% protected thanks to our security and control system.

Payments via credit card are processed directly on the secure website of our banking institution, Crédit Mutuel.

All confidential data of your credit card is encrypted (SSL) and sent to our bank's server, preventing interception by third parties. i-Run does not have access to this information.

To provide more security for your transactions, we use the 3D Secure protocol: Verified by Visa, Mastercard® Identity Check™ (formerly MasterCardSecureCode). These authentication procedures meet the highest international security standards and safeguard your payment process on our website.

Installment Payment at No Additional Cost

Payment in 2 free of charge installments

For orders over 100€, you have the option to pay in two fee-free installments: the first installment equals half of the purchase price and is debited once you confirm your order. The second installment, equal to the remaining half of the purchase price, will be debited one month later.

Example: An order of 140 euros is placed on 15th August.

70€ will be debited on 15th August.

Another 70€ will be debited on 15th September.

Payment in 3 free of charge installments

For orders over 200€, you can pay in 3 fee-free installments. One-third of the total amount will be debited once you confirm your order. The second third will be debited the following month, and the last third will be debited two months after your order.

80€ will be debited on 15th August.

Another 80€ on 15th September.

Another 80€ on 15th October.

IMPORTANT: i-Run generally requires proof of identity or residency from its customers for installment payments.
