How to use my i-Run gift card?
If you are not yet an i-Run customer:
- Create an account on i-run.com
- Once the account is created, follow the steps below.
If you are already an i-Run customer:
- Log in to your i-Run customer space.
- Click on the "Register a gift card" button.
- Enter the code that appears on the back of your card and then press the "Register a gift card" button. The page will display the value of your gift card, as well as the "gift credits" you have.
- If you have several gift cards, please enter the codes one by one. Once you have finished entering all the codes, the total amount available to you will be indicated.
How to use the credited amount of the gift card for my orders?
Once the gift card is registered, you can use your credits in one or several times.
- Choose your products. Your credits are valid on all the items on our website.
- Once the items are added to your basket, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- Process the order as usual
How to view my gift card balance?
On the order summary page in the "Gift card credits" area, you will find the following information:
- The total amount of your credits before making this order.
- The remaining amount after this order.
- The amount left to pay for this order.
- If you have no amount left to pay, click on "finalize my order".
- If you still have a part of the order to pay, choose the payment method through which you wish to do so and click on finalize my order. Follow the instructions.
What is the validity of my i-Run gift card?
The i-Run gift card is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase. It can be used for one or several purchases and on all items on our website.
