To install the Nathan Run laces, it couldn't be simpler: with your shoe on, just pinch the tightening mechanism to thread each lace through. Then, cut the laces 5-7 cm below the mechanism. All that's left to do is insert the laces into the clip, press to close, and you?re all set!
