Dyneema
Dyneema fiber offers maximum strength for minimal weight. It is thus 15 times stronger than steel, while being light enough to float on water. Additionally, Dyneema excels in cut and abrasion resistance. Dyneema materials are very easy to repair. Samaya has chosen to use this material in its bio-sourced version, which offers the same performance with a 90% reduced carbon footprint.

YKK AquaGuard
Samaya has notably chosen the water-repellent AquaGuard zipper for most of its products, which makes a difference in terms of technicality and reliability in extreme conditions thanks to its water resistance.

Swiss Piranha
Samaya calls on SwissPiranha for its ultra-light SwissPiranha BF stakes made from durable, unbreakable recycled plastic. They are manufactured in Switzerland and are fully recyclable. Their production consumes 13 times less energy than that of aluminum stakes.
