For walking, hiking, and carrying where stability and support are the priority: choose a pole length slightly longer than your corresponding size.
For running, where propulsion is the priority: choose a pole length shorter than your corresponding size.

Système à déploiement rapide
Cone deployment technology draws inspiration from expertise in avalanche probes. It is an essential component of the robustness, stability, and speed of deploying Z-Pole trekking poles. Simply grasp the handle and the upper section of the pole, then pull them in opposite directions. The pole snaps into place with a sharp click and locks. Each rapid deployment cone serves to guide and position a section of the pole and to reinforce the joint when the pole is locked. Soft protective tips cover the Kevlar central cable of the pole when it is folded.
