Before the starting line, the organic MelTonic Antioxidant Energy Drink with lemon flavor will quench your thirst and boost your energy. Also ideal during the race, it will hydrate you and facilitate gel absorption.

After crossing the finish line, the MelTonic drink helps to reduce cramps with its antioxidant effect. Throughout your marathon, the organic energy gels replenish the energy expended with each stride, keeping you in top form.

The Mel'Tonic Marathon Pack includes an organic anti-chafing cream to use preventatively and to treat issues such as blisters, various inflammations, and chafing caused by repetitive movements associated with sporting activities.

• Meltonic Tonic Organic Chocolate Honey Cake :

Ingredients:

Usage Instructions:

Add 300mL of water to the preparation and mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 200?C in a traditional oven.

Consume between 1/3 and 1/2 portion of the cake up to 1h30 before exercise.

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen.

Usage Instructions:

Dilute 1 sachet in 500mL of water or 2 sachets in 1.5L.

In hot weather, under-dose and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes.
