Usage tips
BEFORE THE EFFORT
• To be consumed during the
3 days preceding the competition.
• Each day, dilute 40 g (4 doses) in 500 ml of water or 80 g (8 doses) in 1 liter of water.
• Consume 1 liter of maltodextrin per day.
• Drink in small sips throughout the day.
• The preparation must be consumed within the day.
DURING THE EFFORT
By respecting the same dosage (4 doses in 500 ml of water), this drink preparation can also be consumed during your training sessions or competitions.
