Technical description
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, bread preparation (wheat flour, wheat gluten, lactose and milk proteins, salt), cereal flours (rice, wheat, barley), vegetable fat (refined rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, caseinates (milk), stabilizer: triphosphates, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, natural flavor), flavors (milk), wheat germ, powdered egg white, leavening agent: sodium carbonates, salt, tricalcium phosphate. Made in a facility that uses: soy, nuts, celery, sulfites.
Usage Advice:
Oven Preparation: pour the contents of the Gatosport box, add 250 ml of water, mix everything together, then pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter dish. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at TH.6/7 (180/200?C). Gatosport can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and stored in cling film, with unused portions being freezable after baking (never refreeze a thawed product).
Microwave Preparation: pour the contents of the Gatosport box, add 300 ml of water, mix everything together, then pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter dish. Cook at 850/1000 watts for about 8-9 minutes. To keep it soft, the cake should be prepared on the day it is to be consumed.
Usage:
- Gatosport is consumed alone, possibly accompanied by water, tea, or coffee.
- Consume 1/3 to 1/2 of Gatosport, finishing if possible 1 hour before starting the effort.
- Can be used between 2 competitions taking place on the same day.
- If you want to benefit fully from its effectiveness, do not consume other foods.
