This high-cadence shoe is suitable for fast training sessions, interval training, from 10K to half-marathon and marathon.
It is recommended on flat and compact roads.

- Cushioning: the lightweight and responsive foam, specially designed for long distances, effectively absorbs shocks and returns energy to you. The TPU plate placed in the midsole increases your reactivity and propels you forward. The rocking motion promotes transitions and thus your efficiency.
