Technologies
-
Mizuno Wave
The only technology to combine two essential qualities for a high-performance running shoe: Cushioning and Stability. The Wave plate ensures a better distribution of the shock wave at the moment of ground impact, thus providing excellent cushioning. The differences in leveling and amplitude of the Wave plates on the inner and outer sides of the foot guarantee the shoe's stability. By adjusting these amplitude differences, Mizuno is able to adapt to all strides and runner weights to offer maximum performance.
-
SmoothRide
Unique technology that reduces the acceleration and deceleration phases of the stride, attenuates vibrations, and increases the flexibility of the shoe to offer an ever smoother run.
-
U4ic
Ultra-comfortable midsole providing excellent cushioning. It is 30% lighter than the Ap+ but maintains the same performance.
-
Mizuno Enerzy
MIZUNO ENERZY is a unique material that offers the best benefits in energy return and flexibility within the sports industry. It was developed with the mission to enhance the performance of athletes worldwide while providing a great sense of comfort.
This foam takes the form of a midsole that offers great flexibility and bounce, in addition to exceptional durability. It is 17% more flexible and provides 15% more energy return than previously used materials.
-
Wgrip
Wgrip rubber with excellent grip on wet surfaces. Very good adhesion on gravel roads.
