Air Zoom
Nike Air Zoom is a responsive and quick cushioning system. Thousands of stretchable fibers are connected at each end inside an incredibly thin air cushion. This cushion is then filled with air in the form of gas. When the air is compressed, the fibers contract. Thanks to the air pressure and the contraction of the fibers, this allows the Zoom Air cushion to absorb shocks, regain its shape more quickly, resulting in immediate responsiveness in a fraction of a second. Thanks to its low profile, the air cushion keeps the foot close to the ground, providing exceptional sensations.
-
Nike React
Nike React cushioning provides extraordinary responsiveness. When your foot touches the ground, the foam responds to the impact of your step by returning to its shape. The more energy you put into your step, the greater the energy return will be.
