Technologies
-
UA HOVR
The HOVR technology is made from a blend of patented foams that offers incredible shock absorption. The "Energy Web" fabric is one of the key components of the HOVR cushioning system. It is a mesh fabric that wraps around the main cushioning pad, providing cushioning and responsiveness for optimal energy return.
-
Energy Web
Energy Web compression mesh contains and shapes the UA HOVR? foam to return the energy you put in.
-
Vibram Litebase Megagrip
Vibram Litebase Megagrip is an innovative technology designed to significantly reduce the weight of the sole by decreasing the thickness of the rubber, while maintaining the same performance levels.
Vibram Litebase Megagrip allows for a reduction of approximately 40 to 50% in thickness, from 1.7 mm to 0.5 / 0.9 mm, depending on the type of sole, resulting in a weight reduction of the tread by 25 to 30%.
This reduction in thickness does not affect the performance of the sole or the risk of laceration. The result is a very lightweight sole, with patterns identical to those of a traditional Vibram Megagrip sole and therefore with the same characteristics of traction, durability, and wear resistance.
-
Ortholite
OrthoLite insole designed with recycled materials for enhanced comfort, resilience, and durability.
