Author Presentation:
PE teacher and physical trainer, Fabien Leblond holds the CAPEPS, the BPJEP AGFF, and the University Diploma of Physical Preparation from Dijon.
He has been teaching at the Faculty of Sports Sciences in Amiens (STAPS) for over 10 years. For the past 5 years, he has been the physical trainer for the French swimming team in preparation for the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games.
