Ingredients:
- Cane brown sugar*
- Cocoa powder* (cane brown sugar*, cocoa powder* 32% min) 15%
- Semi-whole rice flour*
- Corn flour*
- Dark chocolate chips* 10% (cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, vanilla extract*)
- Lupin flour*
- Honey flakes* (corn starch*, dehydrated honey* 1.45%)
- Corn starch*
- Raising agent* (sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid)
- Thickener: guar seed flour*
- Whole egg powder*
- Freeze-dried royal jelly* (0.1%)

Usage Instructions:
Add 300mL of water to the preparation and mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 200?C in a traditional oven.
Consume between 1/3 and 1/2 portion of the cake up to 1h30 before exercise.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen.
