Ingredients:
Brown cane sugar*, corn flour*, semi-whole rice flour*, lupin flour*, leavening agent* (corn starch*, baking soda, natural tartaric acid from winemaking), honey flakes* 2.9%, raspberry pieces* 1.5%, guar seed flour*, whole egg powder*, natural flavoring*, royal jelly*.

Usage Instructions:
Add 300mL of water to the mix and stir. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200?C in a conventional oven.
Consume between 1/2 to 1/3 of the cake up to 1.5 hours before exertion.
