Organic oat flour, organic pea protein, organic hazelnut powder, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate.
Made in a facility that uses: tree nuts, milk, soy, egg.
Preparation:
Pour 60g of organic protein pancake mix into a bowl or shaker. Add 60ml of milk or plant-based drink (almond, hazelnut, rice, etc.) + 1 egg. Mix well with a whisk or in a shaker until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into a hot and oiled pan using a ladle or directly from the shaker to make 6 pancakes. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, and they are ready! Our organic protein pancakes have a neutral flavor and no added sugars, so they can be used in all your sweet or savory recipes.
