Garmin Running Dynamics Pod Sensor: small but very useful!

The Garmin Running Dynamics Pod sensor is the essential accessory for improving your running technique. During your running sessions, it analyzes your stride and provides you with the necessary information to help you improve!

The Garmin Running Dynamics Pod sensor simply clips onto your belt, on your back. At the start of your training, once synchronized with your watch, the sensor automatically turns on and records data throughout your sporting activity.

You can find all the useful data for your progress (after synchronization) on the Garmin Connect app: cadence, vertical oscillation, ground contact time, etc. This information helps you analyze your stride and understand your running style to identify areas for improvement.
